The aspap-announcements@alphasig.org mailing list is intended for announcements related to the Alpha Rho Alumni Association of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. It is NOT a discussion list, but a way for the Board of Directors to send official announcements to those interested. Mail from members not approved to send such messages is automatically rejected. You can subscribe to this list if you are only interested in announcements of events, meetings, and other happenings. Paying members are automatically enrolled in the aspap-members@alphasig.org mailing list. This is a "receive only" list. You will not be able to send mail to the list, but only receive mail sent from the Board of Directors related to announcements, events, and other notices. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the aspap-announcements Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using aspap-announcements
To post a message to all the list members, send email to aspap-announcements@alphasig.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to aspap-announcements
Subscribe to aspap-announcements by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
