Two new charts are now available on abolishnukes.com.  The first, the 
chart for September, is entitled "U.S. SNUBS NUCLEAR NONPROLIFERATION 
GOALS" and the second, for October, is "NUCLEAR NONPROLIFERATION 
IMPERATIVES."  You can access both at:

    http://www.abolishnukes.com/monthly_chart.html

Charts and documents coming on-line at abolishnukes.com in coming months 
will provide information on NPT issues and opportunities for action.  The 
kick-off to this "campaign" are these two new charts.

Chart titles with brief descriptions are also available via the RSS feed
