Nuclear arms control prospects are assessed in a new chart at
abolishnukes.com. The case is made why those prospects have "never
been better." Likewise, the case is made why those prospects have
"never been worse." This side-by-side comparison covers such topics
as the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), changes in nuclear
arsenals, "loose nukes," and the U.S.- India nuclear deal. Links to
more information are also provided.

in a series started in 1994. While specific details have varied over
