Hi everyone!  Our guests from Liverpool, NY will arrive on Thursday
evening and stay through Sunday morning.  I have copied the week-end
schedule below FYI.

Due to some last-minute changes, WE NEED ONE MORE HOST FAMILY TO TAKE
TWO GIRLS.  If you can help, please notify Karen Morse and Mr. Brown

There are a limited number of tickets left for Blue Man Group on
Saturday night.  Tickets are $55 each, checks payable to CCHS Music.  A
bus (no charge) will leave CCHS at 5:30 PM and return at approximately
9:30 PM.
You'll need to eat dinner before you leave at 5:30.  Please contact
Karen or Mr. Brown right away if you want to go and have not already
been confirmed.

LIVERPOOL EXCHANGE WEEK-END SCHEDULE

Thursday, March 22 7:30 PM Liverpool bus arrives at CCHS, pizza served
to
      guests and their host families

Friday, March 23 8:45 AM ALL Mixed Chorus students at CCHS for rehearsal

   10:00 AM Liverpool students go sightseeing
CCHS students STAY to be fitted in newly-arrived outfits
***Students who are in Men’s and Women’s Choruses but not in
 Mixed Chorus should arrive by 10AM to be fitted

      approx 11:30 AM  CCHS students will be finished

   4:30 PM Liverpool bus returns to CCHS,  hosts
take guests home for showers and dinner

   6:30 PM ALL Chorus students at CCHS for concert call

   7:30 PM Concert

         approx 9:30 PM Each host family takes their guests for a
“treat” (ice cream, etc)
     and then home to sleep.  Some families are going to Bickfords.

Saturday, March 24 10:00 AM Liverpool kids meet at CCHS for sightseeing,

optional for CCHS kids (transportation will be arranged)
     ***Notify Mr. Brown ASAP if you want to go sightseeing.
        Transportation and dinner will be arranged, pay as you go.

   5:30 PM CCHS families going to “Blue Man Group” meet at CCHS for
bus ride to Boston.
 ***Notify Mr. Brown ASAP if you want tickets to BMG.  Tickets
 are $55 apiece, checks payable to “CCHS Music”.
 Bus is free.  Please eat dinner before arriving at 5:30 !!

        approx 9:30 PM Bus returns to CCHS, host families pick-up kids
and return home

Sunday, March 25 9:00 AM All host families to CCHS for “Bagels and
Good-bye”
     Catholic students from Liverpool will attend 9:00 AM Mass and
      meet group at school at approx 10:00 AM

   10:15 AM Liverpool bus departs
