[ccpops] Yard Sale Benefit - Time to Clean Out!

Hey Everyone -

     Karen Morse and I are tentatively planning a gigantic CCPOPS yard sale 
benefit for the weekend of Oct. 12-13 (Friday night set up; Sat. sale?) at an 
undetermined location.

     THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO CLEAN OUT THOSE CLOSETS, BASEMENTS, GARAGES, 
DRAWERS, AND ATTICS.  You will be responsible for setting prices; we will 
need some people there to take cash, etc.  When it's all over, whatever's 
left will need to be picked up, or you can choose to contribute a small sum 
to a removal service that will take all leftovers.  DO NOT TRY TO SELL 
CLOTHING OR SHOES (unless they are truly vintage items). 

PLEASE RESPOND TO ME IF YOU THINK YOU WILL BE BRINGING AT LEAST 6 ITEMS TO 
THE SALE SO WE CAN SEE WHAT THE SCOPE OF THIS MIGHT BE, and if we should go 
forward.  

     All monies raised would go to CCPOPS for a specific purpose (this is 
currently being discussed). 

     So let's get organized, clean out the trash and treasures, and help out 
CCPOPS at the same time!
