Congratulations to everyone who made Cabaret such a success. What a great 
evening! And now, as you bask in your newfound freetime (!), please send to 
me a report of what you did so that the wheel won't need to be reinvented 
next year --- and we won't be frantically phoning you as you head out for 
Parents' weekend at college!!

Scott is in the process of adding a report format to the website. I am 
looking for the following info in your report: Event; Date; Your name;  
Position; Who did this job last year; Chain of Command (to whom did you 
report and whom did you supervise); Budget and source of income; Timeline 
(when did you begin and significant deadlines); Narrative describing what 
you did - extra credit for details!; Recommendations for next time (what 
would you do differently - and no fair saying you would sit on your hands - 
we know that is not your style!!)

You have the eternal gratitude of the people who will follow in your 
footsteps....not to mention my gratitude as I compile THE Notebook!
