To all chorus families:   Lucy is in touch with us from a business trip
in Hong Kong (!) and has asked me to get the following info out to all
trip families.  I don't have her discreet list of trip-only people, so
I'm using the announce list.  If your child is not going on the trip,
you may stop reading here and hit your delete button.  If your child IS
going on the trip, please read on.  Thanks.  Karen


Concord Carlisle Chorus Trip Fees

        At long last, we believe that we know the price for the April
2002 trip to Disneyworld and the North American Music Festival.
Unless something else unexpected happens, your students' invoices
should reflect the following:
                $95     registration fee for each traveller
                $1570   fee for each of those who registered before
October 31, 2001
                $1620   fee for each those who registered after
October 31, 2001
                $265    per adult traveller (adult supplement)
                $x      insurance fees optional according to each
traveller's predilection

        The breakfasts and dinners, hotels, train and bus trips,
theme park entrance fees, etc. etc. that are included (and we tried
to make sure that as much as possible is included in this one fee)
can be seen on the CCPOPS website.  The amount of money each student
for lunches, snacks, tips for the tour guides and bus driver,
souvenirs and other miscellaneous costs for each traveller will be
estimated in a packet of materials coming to travellers and their
parents early in February.

Student Traveller Health Forms

        This is a first reminder that the School District requires
that all students travelling on a school-sponsored trip must have a
current Health Form/physical on file with the CCHS Nurse's Office.
"Current" is defined as a physical dated no earlier than April 23,
2001.   If you think your/your student's last physical is dated
earlier than that, please check on it and if so, make arrangements to
submit an updated health form to the Nurse's Office no later than
April 1.  If you/your student does not have a current health form on
file, you/he/she will not be allowed to participate in the trip.
