[ccpops] Message from the Notebook Wizard

Before you hang up your hat and breath a sigh of relief that your job is 
'finished', please remember that a detailed report of 'what you have 
done and how you have done it' will make life SO much easier for those 
who follow in your footsteps. The "Anything Goes' section of the 
notebook is still rather empty. Even if you intend to fill the same 
position next year, you might be grateful to have a timeline and 
reminders of what worked well or how you might do things differently.

Scott has graciously added a report format on the website to make things 
as easy as possible for you. Visit CCPOPS.org and relive the fun of your 
position as you recount the details that made the event such a success.

'Retiring' board members are asked to submit updated job descriptions by 
May 17th, so that they can be printed and distributed to incoming board 
members at the General Meeting on May 22nd.
