Hi all - this is the Past-Prez with messages about the  Pops Concert
Saturday night.

First, all photo stuff that's been ordered to date will be ready for
pick-up at the concert, with the possible exception of the video.  We'll
have tables set up for you to collect your stuff and additional order
forms and proof books will be available for all shows.

Second, if you are a graduating senior family and have contacted me
about a table in the front, here's the scoop.  We'll plan to keep the
front open for senior families until about 15 minutes before the concert
starts. If you have called or e-mailed me, I will put your name on a
table - I'll save 3-4 seats for anyone who hasn't given me an exact
number. At about 7:15, it will be first-come for all remaining seats.

Third, I just heard from Sara Ballard and Linda Chateauneuf that we're
doing set-up at 10:00 am on Saturday morning - please come join us!
Chuck and the kids will be moving furniture and risers on Friday
afternoon so Saturday will be tablecloths, balloons, and other fun
stuff. We're all busy, so the more people who pitch in, the less
stressed we'll all be! Thanks.
