[ccpops] Chorus uniforms

Greetings as we relish the final days of summer! You know how quickly
those first days of school pass, so we are asking you to take a moment NOW 
and be sure that your chorus student's dress or tux still fits. Please check 
to see that your son has all the pieces of his
outfit (shirt, tie,cummerbund and button studs in addition to
trousers and jacket.) Those pieces do have a habit of disappearing!

Chris Arneson and Nancy Birchard will be measuring students for uniforms 
during Chorus class on Monday, September 9th. If
your son or daughter must exchange a uniform due to size change, or must 
order replacement pieces,please instruct him or her to see Chris on the 9th. 
(I'd also suggest a phone call to Chris). Orders will be placed on September 
12th. We must have your payment by then or you will be charged additional 
shipping fees.

We would appreciate help with the measuring process if you are available 
during the day on Monday. Please contact Chris(978 369-8207) or MJ (978 
369-4409)if you could lend a hand.
