[ccpops] Archive Committee needs new blood

We are looking for folks who would like to help with the orders and
distribution of photos, videos and audio CD's from Ragtime. It's a flexible
schedule and a little help goes a long way.

We are also looking for someone to chair this committee next year, replacing
me when I graduation with Jen! This job could easily be shared between two
people.

Here is the job description for the chair:


Become the caretaker of all our memories!  Coordinate the "shooters"  for
still photos, videos and audio recordings of our productions.  Organize
(with a committee) orders from families for copies all of the above.  Create
displays for the chorus room, the main lobby, and scrapbooks. Maintain an
archival record of productions (see scrapbooks above) for future
generations.

Here's a chance to be remembered!  Most of this job can be done on your
time, with a flexible schedule.  Technical knowledge of photo/video not
necessary  - if you can order copies of your family snapshots , you can do
this job!  This is a great way to be a part of CC-POPS on a flexible
