[ccpops] 40 Developmental Assets Speaker at CCHS

Hi Everyone,
Please attend this meeting if you possibly can. CCPOPS has been invited 
to 'exhibit'  in the lobby as an organization that exemplifies some of 
the 'Assets' . If you arrive at 6:30, you can enjoy a performance by 
the CCHS Jazz Band 'A'.
>  On Wednesday, January 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the CCHS Auditorium, Dr. 
> Peter L. Benson, President of Search Institute, will be speaking about 
> the “40 Developmental Assets.”  Dr. Benson is widely recognized as one 
> of the leading contributors to the  fields of child and adolescent 
> development, with a special focus on the power  of communities in 
> raising successful, healthy, and caring children and adolescents.  
> Through his research and writing, he has triggered new thinking and 
> action in hundreds of cities across the United States and Canada. For
