[ccpops] Mandatory Chorus European Trip Meeting on Tuesday

A mandatory meeting for the Chorus European trip will be held this Tuesday, September 21, in the CCHS Auditorium at 7:30pm.  Art Dulong will be speaking and the tour company representative will be there to provide trip details and answer questions.  The trip will take place during April 2005.  For those participating in the trip, a deposit check of $500 payable to CCPOPS is due on Tuesday.  If you have questions about the trip or the meeting, call Margaret Coughlin at 978-372-7558.

Please plan to have dinner at the Chorus/Orchestra BBQ before the meeting.  The BBQ will be held in the CCHS Cafeteria Courtyard at 5:00pm.  Families are welcome.  It is a great opportunity to meet other chorus and orchestra families.  Students have been assigned to bring salads/veggies(B Block), chips/snacks(C Block), or desserts(G Block).
