[ccpops] Meeting Thursday for "A Time to Shine"

Everyone who would like to help with our major fundraiser "A Time to 
Shine" is invited to come to a meeting this Thursday, September 29th, 
at 7:30 in Room A-7 at CCHS.  We hope to keep the meeting short but 
need to get everyone coordinated as the event is fast approaching.

"A Time to Shine" will take place in the CCHS Cafeteria (magically 
transformed!) on Saturday, October 22, 2005.  This year we are 
delighted to have the Harvard Opportunes - an excellent college a 
cappella group as our closing act.  We will also have a variety of 
entertainment offered by parents and patrons.  Desserts of all sorts 
and raffles for fabulous prizes will be enjoyed by all.

Please join in by helping to plan and/or by attending this fun filled 
evening.  If you can help but can't make this meeting - please let us 
know.
