Regarding: Supreme Court Refuses To Review Obama Citizenship Case:

"At least one other appeal over Obama's citizenship remains at the court. Philip J. Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa., argues that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama says and the Hawaii secretary of state has confirmed. Berg says Obama also may be a citizen of Indonesia, where he lived as a boy. Federal courts in Pennsylvania have dismissed Berg's lawsuit."

There were hundreds of similiar news releasese with the same headline.  Nearly all of them qualify with the paragraph above.  The Berg case is still alive.  But if you don't read past the headlines, you wouldn't know that.

If you just saw the TV report of Bush landing on the aircraft carrier, you would think that he was some kind of pilot.

They count on us not looking past the headline.

Berg's case may be history also by now, but that doesn't invalidate my point.  Horrible journalism abounds.
