services like the AP and even my good friend Bill O'Reilly's website -

have challenged him to a formal debate on 9/11 and any other issues he 
chooses. I have proposed that the debate be held on the Boston Harbor 
quay, and that whoever the panel of judges decides is the winner shall 
have the right to push the loser into the harbor. This could be the 
first event ever broadcast live simultaneously by both Fox and C-Span ; 
)  Come on, O'Reilly - let me prove once and for all that you're all wet!

While I'm still waiting to hear whether Bill "throw the 'conspiracy 
theorist' into the harbor" O'Reilly accepts my debate challenge, I 
didn't have to wait for my congressional election opponent, Rep. Ron 
Kind, who has agreed to debate me at an unspecified future date (see 
press release below). Kudos to Ron Kind for being the first federal 
office-holder with the guts to debate a 9/11 skeptic.

Bad news: Chomsky has backed out of our scheduled interview. He now 
falsely claims that I had promised in an email to completely avoid the 
subject of 9/11, when in fact the email record clearly demonstrates that 
the opposite was the case. He also endlessly repeats the mantra that 
proving World Trade Center Building 7 was taken down in controlled 
demolition would be unimportant, because that would just prove that it 
was Bin Laden who demolished it. These and similar statements led me 
(and many others) to believe the many Chomsky quotes seemingly saying 
that "it doesn't matter" whether 9/11 was an inside job were genuine. He 
insists they were taken out of context, and waxes indignant about my 
having accepted them at face value. For the record, I immediately 
accepted his claim that the quotes were misleading, and apologized for 
crediting them - but he refused to acknowledge three consecutive 
apologies, and continued berating me for ever believing that he could be 
so crazy as to think it "didn't matter" whether 9/11 was an inside job. 
(Meanwhile, he never tires of repeating that if WTC-7 was demolished, it 
must have been done by Bin Laden.) Frankly, I wish someone would explain 
to me the deep structure of Chomsky's statements, because the surface 
structure makes no sense whatsoever.  I will publish the entire email 
record of our correspondence - a hilarious dialogue-of-the-deaf even 
though only one side was deaf - as soon as he gives me permission to do so.

Rep. Ron Kind Agrees to Debate Kevin Barrett
Unexpected Offer Comes as Barrett Announces Challenge to Veteran Congressman

In an unprecedented breakthrough for both the Libertarian party and the 
9/11 truth movement, Rep. Ron Kind has agreed to debate his Libertarian 
challenger for Wisconsin's 3rd District congressional seat.  (Watch the

The first Barrett-Kind debate will undoubtedly draw national media 
attention. It will be the first time a federal office-holder has agreed 
to debate a leading figure from the 9/11 truth movement. And it is 
apparently the first time that a major-party incumbent in a three-way 
race has agreed to debate the third-party challenger rather than the 
major-party challenger. (Kind and Barrett may be kind enough to invite 
the third candidate, Republican Paul Stark, to participate in the 
debates, despite the increasing irrelevance of the collapsing Republican 
party.)

Kind's acceptance of Barrett's debate offer came just minutes after 
Barrett's official announcement of his candidacy at Kind's listening 
session in Sparta, Wisconsin.

Barrett said he was surprised and pleased by Kind's stated willingness 
to debate. "My respect for him just went up a couple of notches," 
Barrett said. "Unlike Steve Nass, Mark Green, and the 60 state 
legislators who wanted me fired from my job at the UW due to my 
political views, Ron Kind apparently has the guts to face me in a free 
and fair debate. I'm happy to have found a worthy opponent."

Alongside the national media, the Wisconsin media will be interested in 
the debates, not only due to the unusual nature of the race, and 
Barrett's refreshingly candid approach to the issues, but also because 
Kind has been widely touted as a likely candidate for governor. 

Barrett and Kind will be working together to schedule the debates as the 
campaign heats up. 

In more good news for the Barrett campaign, WTDY talk radio host Sly has 
endorsed Barrett's candidacy. The endorsement represents another 
unprecedented breakthrough, since it is the first time a major 
mainstream talk radio host has endorsed a pro-9/11-truth candidate for 
public office. The endorsement came on Sly's radio show Friday.

Finally, Richard Greene, host of the nationally-syndicated Air America 
show "Clout," has chosen Kevin Barrett to produce his "Month of Truth" 
radio shows every Thursday night in May. Last week's show featured 
Barrett, along with engineer Tony Szamboti, physics professor Steven 
Jones, and architect Richard Gage debating the demolition of the World

In today's headlines...The Huffington Post has reported

that Donald Rumsfeld has been caught on tape yearning for another 
9/11-style attack. "An ongoing exploration of the documents related to 
the Pentagon's 'message force multipliers' program has unearthed a clip 
of former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld suggesting that America, 
having voted the Democrats back into Congressional power, could benefit 
from suffering another terrorist attack." The article by political 
reporter Jason Linkins quotes Rumsfeld as saying: "That's what I was 
just going to say. This President's pretty much a victim of success. We 
haven't had an attack in five years. The perception of the threat is so 
low in this society that it's not surprising that the behavior pattern 
reflects a low threat assessment. The same thing's in Europe, there's a 
low threat perception. The correction for that, I suppose, is an 
attack." Rumsfeld, a key suspect in the 9/11 crimes against humanity, 
has made numerous slips of the tongue when discussing 9/11, including 
saying that a missile hit the Pentagon, and that Flight 93 was shot down.

Rumsfeld's threat to the American people was recently echoed by "victim 
of success" George W. Bush,

in an interview that the Democratic presidential candidates' plans to 
withdraw abruptly from Iraq could "lead to another attack on the United 
States." In the same interview, Bush claimed he had given up playing 
golf as a gesture to the families of US troops killed in Iraq. The 
families, who may or may not be falling all over themselves with 
gratitude, could not be reached for comment.

More evidence surfaced confirming Rumsfeld's warning that the American 
people are not buying into the "war on terror" hoax this week, when only 
350 people, out of an expected 4,000, showed up to participate in a 
terror drill

In war on freedom news, journalist Wayne Madsen, who broke the story 
that Dick Cheney was on DC Madam Deborah Jean Palfrey's client list, has

brownshirts at Washington's Reagan Airport. Madsen was threatened with 
body cavity searches, sexually assaulted in the form of the classic TSA

Chertoff's world of an 'Israelized' America, the terms SPOT (Screening 
Passengers by Observation Technique) and BDO (Behavior Detection 
Officer) are the new acronyms of Stasi-like control of the American 
citizenry by a government that treats anyone as a suspicious person in 
the same manner that Israel mistreats its own Arab citizens and 
Palestinians." More and more patriotic Americans, including

calling for dual-citizen Zionist fanatic Chertoff to be arrested

that "the UN is demanding an investigation into how the Israeli military 
killed one of its Palestinian school teachers by blasting open the front 
door of her Gaza home with explosives in the presence of three of her 
children." Schoolteacher Wafer Shaker al Daghma had most of her head 
blown off her body in front of her children, who were then confined in 
close proximity to the headless body of their mother for five hours.

In today's truth news...the Associated Press has reported

that Pat Tillman's mother suspects the Army is STILL lying about the 
circumstances of Tillman's death. Mary Tillman's new book /Boots on the 
Ground by Dusk: My Tribute to Pat Tillman/ chronicles the Tillman 
family’s long, painful slog through the false official accounts of how 
the former football player died. For five weeks after Tillman's death, 
the Army continually lied by claiming that Tillman had died in an enemy 
ambush. In fact, he was shot dead from point-blank range by American 
soldiers. The question is, why. The Army says it was a friendly-fire 
accident. But a large body of evidence suggests that Tillman was 
executed under orders from top brass

to prevent him from denouncing the war and becoming an antiwar icon. 
Tillman died of three bullet holes in the head that were "so close 
together that it appeared the Army Ranger was cut down by an M-16 fired

The medical examiners' report added that "No evidence at all of enemy 
fire was found at the scene - no one was hit by enemy fire, nor was any 
government equipment struck." Tillman, who had volunteered for the war 
after 9/11 and then discovered that he had been duped by a tidal wave of 
lies, had contacted antiwar leaders in the US and prepared a campaign to 
denounce the war and awaken the American people shortly before he was 
killed.  According to prisonplanet.com, General Wesley Clark stated on 
the Keith Olbermann show last July that "orders came from the very top" 
to murder Pat Tillman and silence his truth campaign before it could get 
started.

In a rare morsel of truth served up by a major presidential, Barack 
Obama has said

that Israel is a "wound," a  "constant sore" and an infection. Here is a 
full quote of the exchange, from an Obama interview with Jeff Goldberg 
in the /Atlantic/: Jeff Goldberg:--- "Do you think that Israel is a drag 
on America's reputation overseas?" Barack Obama:--- "No, no, no. But 
what I think is that this constant wound, that this constant sore, does 
infect all of our foreign policy."

In more "careful, your truth is showing" news, the US military has

that the "captured Iranian weapons" it planned to show journalists to 
prove that the Iranians were supplying the Iraqi resistance are not 
Iranian at all. LA Times correspondent Tina Sussman in Baghdad has 
reported

“A plan to show some alleged Iranian-supplied explosives to journalists 
last week in Karbala and then destroy them was canceled after the United 
States realized none of them was from Iran." This "realization" was 
triggered by a report by honest explosive experts.

In war-on-the-economy news, CNN has reported 
<ttp://money.cnn.com/2008/05/14/real_estate/foreclosure_rates/index.htm?cnn=yes%22> 
that foreclosure filings set a new record last month. The rate of 
foreclosures has risen to the point that almost one in 500 US homes 
received a foreclosure filing in April alone. CNN did not ask why 
American families are being thrown into the streets in order to pay for 
the 5 trillion dollar destruction of the once-prosperous nation of Iraq. 
Nor did it point out that that war's real beneficiaries are the military 
industrial complex, oil speculators and profiteers, and last but not 
least, the illegitimate rogue regime that calls itself "Israel."

And speaking of the Zionist entity, tomorrow, Thursday, is Nakba Day - 
the international day of mourning and hope commemorating the Palestinian 
Holocaust of 1948 - a US-taxpayer-funded holocaust that continues to 
this day.

In kangaroo court news...The Pentagon has dropped charges

against the man it claims was supposed to be the "20th hijacker" in the 
Sept. 11 attacks. The alleged "20th patsy," Mohammed Al-Qahtani, has 
recanted a confession he said he made after he was tortured at 
Guantanamo. Al-Qahtani said he was beaten, restrained for long periods 
in painful positions, menaced with dogs, blasted with loud music and 
freezing temperatures, and stripped naked in front of female personnel. 
After years of that kind of treatment, it's a wonder he hasn't confessed 
being Jack the Ripper. The Yahoo News story

reports the Pentagon's claim that al-Qahtani "barely missed becoming the 
20th hijacker on Sept. 11, 2001." In fact, Icelandic human rights 
activist Elias Davidsson has argued in his detailed memorandum to the UN 
<ttp://www.prlog.org/10067215-un-expert-urged-to-obtain-facts-regarding-the-mass-murder-of-september-11-2001.html%22> 
that overwhelming evidence proves there were no Arab Muslims on board 
any of the planes allegedly used in the September 11th attacks. Despite 
the mountain of evidence that 9/11 was an inside job, the military 
courts are going ahead with the 9/11 prosecutions of five more 
torture-victim patsies including alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh 
Mohammed.

In war provocations news, Iranmania.com has reported

that "Close to 60 British marines were seen patrolling near the Iranian 
border of Shalamcheh in groups of 20, carrying light weapons and 
monitoring the condition of the sealed border crossing." The story adds 
that "Members of the terrorist Mujahideen Khalq Organization have 
reportedly been sighted among the marines in American uniforms." The 
Mujahideen Khalq is one of the craziest and most vicious terrorist 
groups in the Middle East. Their presence among American and British 
troops suggests that they are being used in an attempt to provoke war 
with Iran.

In mainstream politics news, Politico.com is reporting 
<ttp://www.politico.com/news/stories/0508/10238.html%22> that the 
Republican Party is getting crushed in polls and in key races. After a 
seven-year Republican reign of terror including the Bush coups d'etat in 
2000 and 2004, the 9/11 inside job, the five trillion dollar quagmire in 
Iraq, and other horrors, voters are apparently ready to send the GOP the 
way of the Whigs. The only problem is, whether the Democrats are 
significantly better is still an open question.

Meanwhile, the pro-Democrat website Buzzflash 
<ttp://www.buzzflash.com/articles/editorblog/089%22> has commented on a 
Chicago /Tribune/ editorial that mangled Transportation Secretary Norman 
Mineta's sworn testimony that Dick Cheney ordered an apparent stand-down 
order allowing the Pentagon to be hit on 9/11. The /Tribune/ editorial 
falsely stated that Mineta's testimony concerned Flight 93, when in fact 
Mineta has confirmed that it happened before 9:30 and thus can only have 
concerned the alleged Flight 77. Unfortunately, Buzzflash gets it wrong 
too. According to Buzzflash, Mineta's story implicates Cheney in the 
shooting down of Flight 93. While it is true that Flight 93 (or some 
other plane near Shanksville, PA) appears to have been shot down, 
Mineta's testimony implicates Cheney in participating in the attack on 
the Pentagon - not in shooting down Flight 93. The comments section 
attached to the Buzzflash article is overflowing with 9/11 truth 
supporters telling Buzzflash to wake up and smell the 9/11 truth.

In 9/11 activism news, NORTH TEXANS FOR 9-11 TRUTH

project <ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmHFxjdFR3U%22>, a plan to have 
airplanes with 9/11 truth banners circling the skies of America on July 
4th, 2008. For more information on how you can support this excellent

In 9/11 truth news...JoeCrubagh.com has reported on the World Trade 
Center asbestos scandal

pointing out that according to Trade Center plans, 5,000 tons of 
asbestos were going to be used in the Twin Towers, and that estimates of 
the amount actually used range from 400 to 2000 tons. The asbestos, 
thousands of human bodies, and everything else in the Twin Towers was 
somehow blasted into shards mixed with sub-100-micron dust on September 
11th, 2001, and inhaled by New Yorkers, especially first responders. Joe 
Crubagh reports that the catastrophic destruction of the Twin Towers 
solved an otherwise hopeless asbestos problem: "Because of the asbestos 
health risks, and their size, the Twin Towers couldn’t be demolished. 
And because of the asbestos, they couldn’t be upgraded. And 
disassembling them floor by floor would have run into the double-digit 
billions of dollars." Why, then, did Larry Silverstein, a close friend 
of Israeli extremist fanatic Netanyahu, purchase the World Trade Center 
shortly before 9/11? Was he really that stupid? Not hardly. "Lucky 
Larry" Silverstein, who has publicly admitted being party to a decision 
to "pull" or demolish World Trade Center Building 7, cashed in on the 
destruction of the World Trade Center to the tune of almost 5 billion 
dollars in insurance money, and he is asking for another 11 billion 
dollars from other insurers.

While Larry Silverstein rakes in billions of dollars, first responders 
are dying. The New York Daily News

has reported that more than 360 first responders have died, including 80 
cancer victims. And that, according to first responder representative 
David Worby, is "the tip of the iceberg."

In war for oil news, the London /Times /has reported

that supply problems from Iran are pushing world oil prices toward $200 
a barrel. What the /Times/ doesn't mention is that oil isn't going up so 
much as the US dollar is going down. The dollar is plunging because the 
Federal Reserve is printing brazillions of them to pay for the Cheney 
regime's endless wars...while at least half of the price of gas at the 
pump represents hedge fund speculation, not the actual price of oil, 
according to http://www.actindependent.org

the speculators and cut the price of gas in half.

In more cheerleading for war on Iran, the Jerusalem /Post/ has reported

that "Israel now believes the Islamic Republic will master centrifuge 
technology and be able to begin enriching uranium on a military scale 
this year." The story adds that "Iran could have a nuclear weapon by the 
middle of next year." The Jerusalem /Post/, a Zionist extremist 
newspaper, does not mention that Iran, unlike Israel is a signatory in 
good standing of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, and that nobody in 
the world except Israel thinks Iran is rushing to make nuclear weapons. 
The /Post /also neglects to mention that Israel possesses more than 400 
nuclear weapons, and violates more international laws than all other 
nations on earth combined.
