I'm not sure it's accurate that Obama records have been sealed and not 
disclosed.  That's been claimed but not demonstrated.  And Phil Berg's case 
based on that was thrown out of court.

Also, the piece you're distributing is an iReport -- it isn't a CNN news 
report, as some might misperceive.

So all of this could still be rumor-mongering to try to derail Obama.  But I 
do remain open to the facts, should they emerge.
