The difference between the Left libertarians (Greens) and right 
Libertarians is lack of understanding of the money power, and what 
"honest money" really is.

And yes, the Constitution along with the Declaration of Independence and 
Bill of Rights contains what we need to get back to some semblance of 
sanity.

Problem is there is a lot of myth and misinformation on these documents 
as I try to uncover, at least in part in my book, especially in Part I 
where I show how the money powers substituted our Bill of Rights and 
Constitution with the "new legal regime" created by the Reconstruction 
Amendments (13,14,15) none of which did what they were supposed to do.

Then the money powers used the Crash of 1929 to usher in The Emergency 
Banking Act of 1933 which made Americans enemies of the state. The state 
of emergency so created was  studied by the Church committee in 1973, 
which said most Americans had lived their entire lives under a state of 
national emergency. This was supposed to have been solved with the 
National Emergency Termination Act of 1976 but it wasn't.

The Federal Register, created in 1935 and then expanded in 1946, allows 
the President and the federal agencies, all of them financed  through 
deficit spending, to write legislation, created a huge, and many would 
say unnecessary body of administrative law making sovereign citizens 
subservient to the requirements of the state. And it resulted - 
conveniently enough for the money powers - in a top down managed

THEN we get the CAFR reports, created by a group of businessmen (who 
else) in 1949, which then led to "public/private" partnerships which is 
part of the "new constitution" under the North American Union. (Some

The North American Union, and the UN is another piece of the puzzle, and 
part of the problem, a fact which Dennis Kucinich hopefully will quickly 
become acquainted with. Ron Paul has this part of the picture right - 
BUT he is WRONG about a gold backed dollar, which is why, IMO, Larry 
Kudlow and similar programs gave Paul airtime and then used that to talk 
about a gold backed dollar being a good thing.

The MONEY PROBLEM is the seminal problem of our time. Being Left, right 
or anything else just keeps getting us more divided and conquered. But 
that's exactly the way the "money powers' like it because it keeps us 
worshiping their man-made god of mammon - AND it involves LOTS of war, 
which is the best of all profit-making endeavors.
