They also sometimes are spoken of as being without autism, which is
also not true, as well as is the idea that vaccines are the sole cause/
contributing factor for autism.
Heard a compelling 2 hr. phone interview betw. Dr. Mercola and Dr.
Klinghardt re. Dr. K's extensive work with trying to figure out
autism. Major factor is Lymes infection in mom while pregnant and/or
in child, dormant sometimes, until traumatic event jumpstarts the
active autism, such as a vaccine. But there are many other things
that can set this into motion, and there are other co-factors as well,
most specifically one esp. important being heavy metal toxicity. When
chelating for the heavy metals, if infectious process not addressed,
the heavy metal suppression of infectious symptoms can ease, thereby
increasing the severity of the autism symptoms, which can put the
whole process into a tailspin. And there was much more in the co-
factor categories. ON the upside, he has had extraordinary results
with his protocols, which now include a new amazing antioxidant with
acronym OSR---very expensive but he says it's amazing for kids with
autism.
He says that if the current rate (now is 1 in 50) continues, ALL
children will be diagnosed autistic by about 2013. And keep in mind
this is only one of the neurological conditions he was citing; there
are others that are majorly involved and implicated here, such as ADD
and ADHD. if you think of this spectrum under the umbrella of
"neurological conditions", very helpful...
