What a joke - is this Congress is responsible for?   Telling us how to sneeze properly?

They should spend less time sending out notices about this nonsense (that most people should have learned from their parents or in health class) and fulfill their higher obligations under the US Constitution.  Like fixing the economy and abolishing the Fed!

Perhaps this is from the Constitution "promote the general welfare" clause.  :-)

An Update on Swine
Influenza…
Dear
Friend,
With the growing concern over the recently discovered
Swine Influenza, I wanted to take a moment to answer questions or
concerns you may have about the illness and to provide some resources you
can take to protect yourself and your family.
To date, no cases
of human infection have been confirmed in Illinois, but with more
than 60 confirmed cases in the U.S., we can take these small steps to
guard our loved ones:

Cover your nose and mouth
with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and then throw the tissue in the
trash after you use it.
Wash your hands often with soap
and water, especially after you cough or sneeze.
Avoid
touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs can spread easily this
way.
Try to avoid close contact with sick people.

If you get sick with influenza, CDC recommends that you stay home
from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting
them.
Be sure to contact your healthcare provider if
you are worried about your symptoms; your health care provider will best
determine whether influenza testing or treatment is
needed.

The Center for Disease Control is working with state and local
public health agencies to investigate the situation and guard against
broader ill effects.  For more detailed information, visit my website, or visit http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/.
If I may be of assistance in any
way, please feel free to contact my District Office in Bloomingdale at
630-893-9670.
Very truly
yours,
