If he had ANY experience steering horses before, I'd have more hope, I 
think. The people he's putting around him haven't steered in a direction 
I would choose, either...

For me, it comes back to the bottom line issue ... "New Face - Same 
Empire."
Until WE get reins to the Empire so we can send it back to the barn, 
it's going to continue to be a runaway team...
