Hopefully, it's not actually SPONSORED by the gov't!  Attracting, rounding up, and entrapping the very info that whistleblowers want to get OUT there.

I've become hyper-suspicious, I suppose, but not paranoid.  I don't think about such things until they "cross my desk."
