And I should have the freedom to risk and choose. <br><br>Why is gold/silver unconstitutional? How can a naturally occurring element (silver or gold) be unconstitutional - maybe it is just part of the 9th and 10th amendments? Maybe just outside the scope of the Constitution?<br>Is Oxygen unconstitutional? Nitrogen? :-)<br><br>If the US ever reaches the 'financial utopia' of government issued debt-free money, I will exchange my gold and silver for this more stable currency.
