The American People seem to be targeted as culprits for Howard Zinn, whose book, <I>A People's History of the United States</I> and life work, I greatly value.<BR>
<BR>
True, but not the only culprits.<BR>
<BR>
The corporatist media, owned by BILLIONAIRES, has betrayed the people of this country by failing its duty to inform them. A people cannot make informed decisions if they are fed lies, half-truths, and distractions. <BR>
<BR>
Nor have the American people forced criminal or unethical behavior on the politicians, lobbyists, businessmen, military chiefs, and financiers who sit at the top and have access to far greater resources and information than the general public and have turned a deaf ear to repeated cries and actions of protest. Abramoff, Delay, Bush,Cheney, Greenspan, Wolfewitz, et al. have made their choices for themselves. Perhaps their greed-addiction has compelled them, but not the American people. <BR>
<BR>
Two stolen elections later, it is time for progressives to be our own media.<BR>
<BR>
And there isn't any time to waste.<BR>
