Obama ADMITS to Berg's long dirty-laundry-list of charges.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>(Berg) announced today that Obama and the DNC<BR>"ADMITTED",
<STRONG>by way of <EM><FONT color=#ff0000>failure to timely respond</FONT></EM>
to Requests</STRONG> <STRONG>for<BR>Admissions</STRONG>, all of the numerous
specific requests (charges) in the Federal<BR>lawsuit.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Berg chooses to INTERPRET and falsely convey that Obama's lack
of timely response to charges is ADMITTING he's guilty of all of
them! </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>I would say that lack of response to Berg is simply healthy
boundaries -- and not taking a buzzing little insect like him
seriously.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Phil Berg is infamous in the 9/11 Truth community now for
setting us all up -- and using poor, heroic widow Ellen Mariani in the
process -- for the failure of the historical lawsuit against Bush, Cheney, et al
as the 9/11 perpetrators. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>As the Bush Gang dragged Ellen and her losses and grief
through a gauntlet, Phil Berg arrived "to save the day" and structured (what we
thought) was the mother of all lawsuits to take down our government
gangsters.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>Turns out, Berg set up Mariani's lawsuit to fail in
the courts, which it did -- and voila! There went our best shot to really

Last-Man-Out-of-the-Towers Willie Rodriguez, supreme truth-teller, has
warned the 9/11 community that, in his experience too, Berg cannot be

gun for the powers-that-be -- who are scared to death of the worldwide rising
