In the past summer, we've been playing polo with the campers at the Kingsley Association about three days per week. Prior, we played lots of water polo with the Chatham University Cougars. In the spring of 2009, the team had its first varsity season. In the spring of 2008, the team played its first season as a club program. I got to help both years. I've also played polo in Chengdu, China. For two summers, in 2006 and 2007, we had programs at the Crafton Boro Swim Pool. Some polo was played in Canada with Camp Chikopi in August 2006. But most of the time, we were doing open water swims. Years ago, I started community water polo at Plum High School. Jay O'Neil, who later swam and played polo for Bucknell was there then. -- Ta.
