I'm in Baltimore, MD.

I danced last night a Zeeba Lounge with Nina Amaya, and I'll be teaching
Wednesday night at Nina's studio. I'll have a blog post up in te next few

There will be a workshop and show with this legendary dancer on June 13,
and a readings from and a screening of , 40 days and 10011 Nights, a film
and book of the same name, documenting Tamalyn's journey through the

One important thing though:
Amity is dancing March 7 in Bellows Falls. Here's the press release:

"On Saturday night, March 7th at 7:30PM, Trei Arcusi, with Becky Ashenden
(bass and santuri), Chuck Corman (kontra and guitar) and Miamon Miller
(violin) plays the folk music of Transylvania and Greece.  Trei Arcusi has
performed all over New England and as far afield as New York City,
Mendocino, CA and Buffalo Gap, WV.  The trio specializes in Hungarian and
Romanian village music.

As a special treat, they've invited the wonderful belly dancer 'Amity' to
join them for a special cameo appearance.  Amity is well-known as both a
performer and dance teacher.

The performance takes place at Boccelli's Cafe (on Canal St) in Bellows
Falls so come early and enjoy a fine meal.  Tickets in advance ($10) are
available at Boccelli's or Village Square Books in Bellows Falls.  Tickets
