[dcc2] Introduction

Hi, I just thought I would introduce myself to the list,
I developed the EyeAreSee java IRC client, which was based off of the jqIRC 
client.
I am currently working on a complete re-write of the client, as well as 
developing a server.
I had been considering adding something like what DCC2 aims to be as a feature 
to my client, but which would have only been available to others also using 
the client.
I've only had time to skim the drafts so far,  but so far this looks like a 
really good thing, and I hope to be able to add some input.
Right now I am nearing time to begin implimenting DCC into my IRC client, and 
I hope that I'll be able to support the cutting edge of this exciting new 
standard, with a client which will stand tall with those other absolutely 
wonderful programs written by the others on this list.
