[dcc2] Network/Host byte ordering

Hi, i dont know if i missed this when reading through the drafts but im assuming that because everything is encapsulated in ascii, network/host byte ordering in the requests are not important. This goes the same for XML transfers, however it seems that most people here are steering away from the use of xml, so is byte ordering something that may need to be addressed in the future?
