Any project? Be careful what you say. I don't know of many cell phone IRC 
client developers, or PDA IRC client developers who would agree with you. On 
such systems, file size is a huge issue. Unless there is a super small XML 
library available for PalmOS and the like, I doubt any of them would 
implement XML. Basically my point with this is, DCC2 is supposed to remove 
the fragmentation and make DCC supportable by all clients in a consistent 
manner. For those that can't implement XML, it fails to accomplish this.
