DCC VIDEO is a hard thing to implement. The idea of using a third party
component was good. I think the Dan's idea of triggering external programs
with a DCC2 negotiation is appealing in this case.

Yes, WHITEBOARD is also a really useful proto. I have thought of it many times
and even tried to implement it to a certain degree (canvas.cpp in the KVIrc sources).
My implementation is still unfinished but if we agree on a standard protocol (maybe
simplier that the one that I have tried to write down) I'll be happy to work again on it.
