That is a very sane suggestion, we can plan on that! I'll remove the CTCP
reference from the draft and submit it sometime next week (if there are no
further comments from anyone?). Then we can tackle the current CTCP
practices and file sharing after we get the connection negotiation draft to
a stable point!
