Well, anyone who uses zip files (or any other archive that tracks
timestamps) must've encountered the same thing at some point.
I don't feel strongly about timestamps, I just think it'd be convenient
to have them, if they can be done portably and without too much effort.
To that effect I think we should stick with epoch timestamps instead of
any human-readable forms, since all the timestamps on IRC are in the
same format.
