Yeah that could be useful too. That would again be useful if you aren't
connected to an IRC server at the time, but already have a DCC Chat going.
That, along with DCC Server standardization, would make DCC able to stand on
its own and be implemented by IRC and non-IRC programs. Anyway though, all
that would be needed is to add DCC2 to the "must process like a regular
CTCP."
