Since we can't distinguish between CTCP requests and responses over DCC
Chat as we can over IRC, I'd suggest using a different name for the
response, so client authors don't have to worry about infinite loops.

I hope to have a spec of ViRC's whiteboard protocol written up in the
next couple weeks. I'm not sure what protocols other clients use, or
even which other clients have a DCC whiteboard (a quick Google search
turned up Lirch and an mIRC script).
