Hi everyone,

Are we in agreement on adding a message id in addition to the session id?

Secondly, should the IRCFile and IRCChat application tokens be placed in 
the connection negotiation draft or in a new supplemental (also including 
the multi file sends) for IRC specific connections?  And to double check, 
all tokens (connection or application) can be unordered: correct?

Third, some tokens used in the connection process will usually have the 
same value.  Can we give some tokens default values and assign the default 
unless otherwise specified?  I am usually in favor of exact descriptions, 
but we have to work within the IRC message size limits.  Shortening some of 
the verbose token names as codemastr suggested will also help with this.
