Yes, well of course, if your client is the only one that implements it, then 
it's pretty useless. Also, the only thing that was ever really decided on 
was file sends. Chat, whiteboard, voice, video are completely blank, the 
latter two were never even mentioned really. So implementing it at this 
point would be quite difficult.
