[dcc2] Is DCC2 Dead?

Hi,
I think we are pretty much near the end of the drafting for the connection
negotiation. I am just waiting to hear back about the final notes i sent
out.

After we've talked about those, I think we will have a pretty solid idea of
what will be in the final draft. ipv6 is coming out pretty slowly, so i
know this draft isn't the first thought on many of our minds, but I agree
we should finalize the draft so we can be ready with implementations in our
clients.
