[DesignII] Suggestion for future updates

Hi Henrik,

Your suggestion has been implemented.  Actually, we had been
putting this off for a long time.

You can wait for version 8.52 of DESIGN II for Windows or 
you can download  www.winsim.com/deswin.exe  (850 KB).
Warning, the version number is 8.52 (instead of 8.51).
