[DesignII] patch for Version 9.54 of DESIGN II for Windows

Please note that our 9.54 release of DESIGN II for 
Windows has a bug in the display of STP or NTP stream 
flowrates.

I am sorry for the bug with the STP stream flowrate and
hope that it has not been an inconvenience.  Please 
download the patch  www.winsim.com/diiw954a.zip and 
install in c:\designii (or where you installed DIIW 9.54).
