[DesignII] patch for Version 10.03 of DESIGN II for Windows

There is a problem with the single stream air cooler in version
10.03 of DESIGN II for Windows.   If you have an air cooler in
your flowsheet and see the message "stream 0 is not an inlet of
air cooler ...", you will need a patch.

There is a fix for this problem at:  www.winsim.com/deswin.exe .

Please copy deswin.exe to your c:\designii directory.
