Yes, a supernatural life may be quiet. But don't mistake quietness for 
weakness, for insignificance, or even for possibility.

The Christian life is not possible.

We must all understand that this is the starting place. God requires 
that we do what we are unable to do. He insists upon the impossible.

"Can a leopard change its spots?" the scriptures ask. In the same way, 
we who are accustomed to doing evil cannot change our ways.

I used the word "cannot" and I believe that is the correct word.

We can reform. History is full of great reformers. But reforming will 
not take us anywhere in the supernatural Christian life.

There are many people who want to reduce Christianity to another 
self-help program. Here's how to live in three easy steps.

Sorry, folks. It doesn't work that way. Three steps or a thousand will 
not enable you to do what only Jesus can do in you.
