As many of you know Kenya has recently been the scene of upheaval and 
violence. Our friends Dan & Nancy in Kenya have lost 15 people in their 
ministry due to the violence, but they have taken in 10 children, 
orphaned by recent events, as well as adult refugees. The situation 
continues to be unstable. Please pray for them.

Also, please remember our friends in Colombia in your prayers. I won't 
mention their names in this email, but they have an extremely dangerous 
mission to leftist guerrillas, right wing paramilitary and Colombian 
soldiers, as well as persecuted tribes people in the mountains. To 
complicate matters, several other countries have gotten involved in this 
three-way civil war.

These are difficult times for many of our brothers and sisters around 
the world. Yet, in these difficulties, the character of God is revealed 
in His children as they give of themselves to bring God's love to those 
in need.
