Why don't you look in the NAEMSP books, Sandy Kuehl, MD have some references
about history of the EMS. There's also some books , both written by Jay
Fitch, PhD, that may help you, but I can't remember about neo's or peds in
the historic references.

Subject: Transport History
> I am gathering information on pediatric/neonatal transport history. If
you know of any good resources, or would be wiling to share your program's
history and/or photos (especially if you have been around for a while!) I
would appreciate it! Pediatric history is especially hard to find.
