Try Iowa Methodist in Des Moines. I know there was an issue with the fire
department and getting a certificate to allow them to refuel on the helipad.

Subject: Rooftop refueling and hangar
Our hospital is starting the process of planning for the next addition (new
tower) to the medical center.
In addition to a new helipad, we are trying to convince them to consider
adding rooftop refueling and a rooftop hangar.
It would be very helpful to get information from programs that have these
capabilities. If your program has either rooftop refueling or a hangar --
or you know of one that does -- please let me know so that I can try to
contact someone for information.
Thank you very much for your help.
