Endotracheal Tube Holders

If you go to the PMI website there was a new non-thomas design that seemed to 
have potential.  I saw it at AMTC.  I was looking because the Thomas and an 
LMA-Unique do not seem to interface very effectively.  They come with and 
without bite blocks.  Email me off list and I'll see if I can't hunt down from my 
reams of random stuff the exact manufactuer.
