Kevin Fetter of Fire District One in Everett Washington is an expert in this
field. He could give you a lot of information, I believe. His contact
information is kfetter at firedistrict1.org. ph: 425-551-1258

Our weight limit is 235lbs with gear. We take a mandatory (paid) treadmill
EKG stress test every two years, TB test every year, MD physical and fitness

test (mostly stretching and functional capacity test) every two years. Hope

this helps....

Does anyone out there have a policy on crew fitness, crew weight
restrictions, and/or a fitness program already established? Working on a
policy and any info would be helpful and appreciated.
