Welch Allyn monitors

We use the PIC 50's and we threaten to throw them in the nearest river when we fly over it!? The BP is inaccurate.? The pacer only works when it feels like it.? It is completely unreliable.? I am a Physio fan, but Zoll or Physio would be a much better option than PIC 50s.?
Just my opinion...but it's a strong one...
