High-risk ob transports

Two quick questions for programs that do high-risk obstetrical transports?

 

1.  Do you have guidelines as to which patients you will not transport based upon gestational age, dilation, effacement, with/without contractions, etc.  

 

2.  Do you do continuous fetal monitoring enroute?

 

Any help and sharing of guidelines would be greatly appreciated.
