neonatal hypothermia - temp in transport monitoring

Greetings - Looking for input on what other teams are doing with induced neonatal hypothermia & temperature monitoring during transport - specifically are you monitoring skin vs. axillary/rectal temps enroute? also, if axillaryrectal temp is monitored, continous vs. intermittent?
